Hi, I’m Kayleigh! I grew up by the Peak District in a small town. My favourite subjects at school were art and maths, I can't pick between the two! One challenge I faced at school was navigating friendships and feeling included. I am currently studying at university, and enjoy staying active playing sports, but I also enjoy staying cosy at home reading fiction. I have had quite a few part time jobs from being a student ambassador, trained mentor, to being a studio assistant in an art school! I have taught first school children maths lessons and junior sports coaching years 5-9 whilst in sixth form.  My favorite animal is the dolphin because they’re super smart and cute! Fun fact: my Vietnamese name means "golden dragon," so I feel a special connection to dragons too. I always imagine flying around and exploring the world like a dragon—it sounds so cool! If I could be either of these animals, I’d love to enjoy nature, it’s so peaceful and freeing.
